🌟 Welcome to the Etiquette and Leadership Institute of Indiana (ELII)
At ELII, we believe that etiquette is more than just table manners; it’s a gateway to confidence, character, and leadership. As Indiana’s premier etiquette and leadership training institute, our certified instructors bring a unique blend of expertise in manners, protocol, and personal development.
We are passionate about nurturing the next generation through age-specific programs:
- Little Ambassadors (ages 5–7)
- Young Diplomats (ages 8–13)
- Future Professionals (ages 14–18)
Each program is designed to help students interact respectfully and confidently with family, friends, teachers, and teammates, while also preparing them to navigate real-world social situations and challenges appropriate to their age.
At ELII, every session is an opportunity for growth. When your child participates, they gain more than social skills; they develop the mindset and behaviors that shape them into thoughtful, capable, and respected members of society.
Our impact goes beyond the classroom. Through interactive discussions, engaging activities, and role-playing exercises, we equip students to thrive socially and academically. Whether speaking with a friend, addressing a teacher, or preparing for a future career, ELII helps them lead with grace and purpose.
Our curriculum, developed in partnership with the Etiquette and Leadership Institute in Athens, GA, and the Protocol School of Washington in DC, is designed to meet the evolving standards of modern social interaction and professional excellence.
Join us at ELII, where character, confidence, and competence come together to prepare tomorrow’s leaders for success, today and beyond.
