Welcome to The Etiquette and Leadership Institute of Indiana (ELII), “where we teach more than just table manners.” As a leading etiquette and leadership trainer in Indiana, our certified instructors are uniquely qualified to teach lessons in manners, rules of etiquette, protocol, and leadership skills. We passionately educate our Little Ambassadors (ages 5 – 7), Young Diplomats (ages 8 – 13), and Future Professionals (ages 14 – 18) to appropriately interact not only with family, friends, teachers, and teammates, but address unique social situations and challenges that are age-appropriate.

Each time your child attends a training session, he or she acquires a greater appreciation of the idea that social skills and proper behavior are essential in the development of highly-respected and productive members of society. ELII helps them become socially and academically competitive and aid in the negotiation of daily challenges through interactive discussions, activities, and age-appropriate role play.

Our curriculum, created by the Etiquette and Leadership Institute in Athens, GA, and the Protocol School of Washington [DC], meets the ever-changing rules of socializing and 21st century, corporate America. Our goal is to prepare children, teens, young adults, and professionals for present and future success!
