ELII wishes to thank our partnering organization in their effort to change the life of today’s youth and tomorrow’s leaders through the enhancement of the rules of etiquette skills and leadership principals.

Boy Scouts of America (BSA) holds dare to its mission of serving others by helping instill values in young people and, in others ways to prepare them to make ethical choices during their lifetime in achieving their full potential. In support of the BSA mission, The Etiquette and Leadership Institute of Indiana’s seminars are designed to develop a foundation of social skills program entitled “Social Awareness Competence (SAC).” SAC teaches manners, rules of etiquette, an understanding of protocol, in addition to leadership skills to the following scouting levels: Tiger Cubs, Cub Scouts, Tenderfoot Scout, Boy Scout, Varsity Scout, Venturing Scout, and Eagle Scout, its highest rank. Now’s the time to consider exploring the field of manners, rules of etiquette and world of protocol as today’s scouts become tomorrow s leaders.

YMCA Youth seminar center around sportsmanship, teamwork, and leadership The Etiquette and Leadership Institute of Indiana demonstrates through hands-on activities, group discussions, and role-play how each young person can make changes in the way they make friends, treat family and school mates, build self-confidence as they attend a wide range of seminars. All YMCA programs have a strong importance on the values of caring, honesty, respect, responsibility, and faith. These core values are reinforced by ELII in its entire seminar from ages 5 – 18. Girl Scout of Central Indiana believes that great manners are the key to a girl’s future success and open many more doors than education alone. The Etiquette and Leadership Institute of Indiana (ELII) echo’s these beliefs and reinforce them by teaching rules of etiquette, understanding of protocols, soft skills, communication skills along with a strong focus on respect of others, personal values, integrity and making others comfortable to the following groups; Daisies, Brownies, Juniors, Cadettes, Seniors, and Ambassadors. ELII’s program’s help all Girl Scouts to navigate through the social skills of life. While giving each student the hands-on experience of topics being taught needed during their formative years of development and to promote the growth of well-rounded adults who are able to interact in any situation. Big Brothers and Big Sisters help all children reach their potential through professionally supported, one-to-one relationships with volunteer mentors. ELII supports such a mission with its etiquette leadership seminars designed to build self-esteem, self-confidence, and self-reliance using hands-on activities, role play, conversation, and development of leadership skills. Our desired goal is to give youth ages 5 – 18 the opportunity to grow their social skills, maturity and independence. Through a series of interactive workshops, ELII teaches the 8 ingredients of an introduction, lessons in eye contact, handshakes, greetings, positive behavior online and with cell phones, friendships, and good table manners. Children lose their confidence when they do not know how to handle themselves in certain life situations.

Catholic Youth Organization (CYO) main purposes are guiding young Catholics to live a Christian life from a young age, developing trust between peers, and living a happy life. ELII (like CYO) is committed to providing information that helps bring
youth to their full human potential. We provide opportunities for young people to develop strong moral character, build self-esteem and develop leadership qualities through activities of a social, educational, recreational and athletic nature. ELII provides opportunities for young people to develop strong, understanding of manners, rules of etiquette and knowledge of protocols while exhibiting integrity and high moral character.

The Boys and Girls Club of America (BGCA) is well-known for providing life enhancing opportunities for children and adolescents who may not have not have otherwise
access to such life developing resources leading to success. The Boys & Girls Clubs of Indianapolis provides a safe, educational and positive space where youth can realize and develop values and skills that enable them to prosper and reach their full potential.
